About Carol
Carol is a dynamic trainer and facilitator who inspires and motivates her audience to get excited about their life. A professional speaker and trainer since 1991 Carol works with corporate, small business and individuals throughout Australia. Her core areas of expertise are Sales, Service, Leadership and Personal Development.
Carol has far more than an academic knowledge of the topics she trains and facilitates, as she benefited from an outstanding sales and management career before making the transition to being in front of the classroom, and everyday she walks her talk, inspiring those she interacts with. In recent years, she has gained exceptional personal development skills and is an internationally accredited facilitator in advanced new disciplines.
Carol is unique in that she takes a holistic approach to professional development by encouraging her audience to grow at the emotional level and be confident and excited about their life. She encourages participants to think big, stop settling for less and move out of their comfort zones to pursue their goals. She does this by providing them with emotional resources to manage their state in all situations and see the value of each experience as opposed to focusing on the negative.
A key goal for Carol is to help people feel good about themselves and their life as when they feel good about themselves they are more motivated to serve others, develop their skill sets and pursue their goals.

Carol believes a key goal for many businesses is to increase their sales revenue by continuing to find, keep and grow their customer base. For sales and service people to support this initiative successfully it’s important they are highly skilled, believe in what they do, are open to trying new strategies and have the confidence to change what’s not working. Primarily these are emotional qualities that require the individual to feel confident and comfortable with who they are as a person. These qualities are natural to some people, they can be developed through experience by others and they can be fast tracked in Carol’s programs

Expertise
Carol has enjoyed a highly successful sales, service and training background spanning 30 plus years. With real life experiences selling real estate, life insurance, office furniture and training programs, Carol brings credible “know how” to all her programs.  She is the author of the highly acclaimed book “How to Sell to Women.”  As a result of writing her book Carol developed a specialised training video for the Toyota sales teams when they launched the Starlet car- specifically aimed at women.
In 2011 Carol began a new partnership with Di Skelly Heron to develop “The Art Of Success” training programs. These life changing programs use a fusion of art and psychology to help people grow emotionally, develop their self esteem and confidently create more success and happiness in their lives.
